A Sensible Order to Use Them
1. Total your hours. The timesheet calculator turns punches and breaks into decimal hours and separates regular from overtime.
2. Price the hours. The overtime calculator applies your state's rules to get gross pay.
3. Take out tax. The paycheck calculator applies 2026 federal brackets, FICA, and state tax to show take-home.
4. Handle one-offs. Bonuses and PTO cash-outs use supplemental withholding — different tools, different math.
What We Do and Don't Model
Included: 2026 federal income tax brackets, Social Security up to the wage base, Medicare plus the additional Medicare surtax, state income tax for all 50 states and DC, FLSA and state overtime rules.
Not included: city and county income taxes, garnishments, union dues, employer-specific benefit deductions, and unusual W-4 adjustments.
Nothing here is tax or legal advice. For a binding answer, check your pay stub, the DOL, and your state labor department.
